Introducing Cherry Moon. This clarified cocktail is made with Amaretto, Bourbon, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Maple Syrup, Hibiscus Infusion topped with Heavy Cream, Cherry Pepsi Syrup, Giffard Vanilla.

The contrast of the creamy top mixing with the complexity of the clarified concoction is truly something special.
