Happy Friday everyone, hope you had a good week! Me, getting stronger everyday and bored of “taking it easy”! So… to the PourHouse for a South Side, I think my new favorite Cocktail here! Bartender looks a little strange shaking cocktails with her non-dominate side…😆but this works!

First cocktail at Patti's PourHouse for a while. I've been off-island for a few weeks, so tonight's appropriately PINK cocktail (my favorite color, by the way) is well deserved.

F**k Cancer (Cocktail name)

2 oz. Rum25 Lilikoi Syrup25 Dragon Fruit Syrup
2 oz. Cranberry juice
Splash of pineapple juice

Shake, pour in your favorite glass! I have too many favorites, and too many pink (never)😆 glasses so I just chose the newest handblown glass from Etsy.

Not you normal Gin and Tonic. Tonight I added lemon juice instead of lime, grenadine and blood orange and ginger bitters! It’s a hit at the PourHouse tonight! Lucy is prowling around to eat the ice cubes!😂

Tonight’s G&T is made with Gin, lemon juice, FloraLuna honey lavender bitters and Betty Buzz tonic water. Added a bit of grenadine for color. Amazing. Gone are the days where a G&T consisted of gin, tonic and limes! Shaker and Spoons Bitters Experience has been enlightening!
