Our pals at Henry's dropped another big daddy dumpster (please sponsor us Henry's Hauling this relationship is soooo one-sided) so we're now accepting any help we can get clearing out another ton of garbage.

Before we got to work cleaning the property out, the two upstairs apartments' condition couldn't be more disimilar. While the front apartment was ransacked, vandalized and had all kinds of water damage, the back apartment looked almost like the day it was left.

There was still a made bed that looked like somebody crawled out one day and never returned
