And with 140+ rums behind the bar, we’ve got plenty to work with!

Fresh-juiced citrus, syrups made in-house, quality spirits, and bartenders who know how to put it all together.

From classic Mai Tais and Daiquiris to our own House creations, we take the drinks seriously, but we have plenty of fun making them.

There’s always a reason to end up at Flask during the week.

Come early, grab a cocktail and some V Pizza | Neapolitan with a Passion | Pizza + Wings + More, and hang out for the night. Happy Hour runs every day from 3–7PM, plus all day Sunday, so there’s really never a bad time to pull up a seat at the bar.

Football is back, and brunch at Flask & Cannon is the pregame.

Every Saturday + Sunday, we’re serving brunch until 2PM

Espresso Martinis, Bloodys, Mimosas, Spritzes, and a full bar ready for whatever your gameday calls for.

Grab the group, get some food on the table, order the first round, and settle in before kickoff.

We don’t just happen to have a lot of rum behind the bar. We specialize in it.

At Flask & Cannon, rum is kind of our thing.

Different countries, different styles, different aging methods, and bottles that can taste wildly different from what most people think of when they hear “rum.”

That variety is what makes it interesting, and why we’ve built a backbar with 130+ rums to explore.

You don’t need to know the difference between Jamaican rum and rhum agricole before you sit down. Tell your bartender what you normally like, ask a few questions, and let us take it from there.

Order a pour. Try something new. Or see what happens when the right rum makes its way into a cocktail.

There’s a whole lot more to rum than you might think.

A great tiki cocktail is all about getting a lot of good things to work together.

Different styles of rum. Fresh juiced citrus. House-made syrups. Liqueurs, bitters, spices, and ingredients chosen for a reason.

But the ingredient list is only part of it.

The fundamentals are what bring everything together: balance, quality spirits, good technique, and recipes built so every ingredient actually has a purpose.

That’s what we care about behind the bar at Flask.

The drinks can be fun. The garnishes can be over the top. There might even be a little fire involved.

But what’s in the glass still has to be really damn good.

Watching the Jags is always better with a drink in hand.

Flask may be a rum bar first, but we know Jacksonville takes gameday seriously.

When the Jags are playing, we’ve got the game on with sound, 130+ rums behind the bar, cocktails, b**r, and the full V Pizza menu coming out of the kitchen.

Getting an early start? Brunch runs Saturday + Sunday from 11AM–2PM, with Espresso Martinis, Bloodys, Mimosas, Bellinis, and plenty more behind the bar.

And if it’s a Sunday game, even better….Happy Hour is ALL DAY.
