For Queens Pride come out and COME UP!

Queens Pride 2026 is Sunday, June 7th and we are celebrating Upstairs from 2 PM until 8 PM.

Now in its 34th year, Queens Pride is the second largest pride parade in New York City. Every June, people from all five boroughs and around the world come to Jackson Heights — the heart of The World's Borough — to march and celebrate with Unstoppable Pride, which is this year's theme.

After the parade, come Upstairs to mark the occasion with conversation, connection, and cocktails, set to a disco soundtrack.

This year we're debuting The Unstoppable, our signature Pride 2026 cocktail. Stay tuned for the full details. As always, our full menu of classic, modern classic, and craft cocktails is available all afternoon, too.

We're also proud to introduce The Dromm, our new zero-proof cocktail named in honor of Queens Pride founder and former NYC Councilmember Danny Dromm.

No cover. First come, first served.

Happy Pride, everyone! 🌈

Queens Upstairs is back. This time, we're dressed for it.

On Wednesday, May 27th from 6:30 to 11:30 PM, Jackson Heights residents Alfonso Quiroz () and Mark Anthony Cutolo () are bringing a Devil Wears Prada-inspired evening Upstairs: glamorous cocktails, scintillating conversation, and a proper tribute to the original film and the long-awaited sequel.

Two themed drink specials will be served — the Cerulean Blue and the That's All — along with cheese, a soundtrack worthy of the occasion, and the kind of company that makes a Wednesday feel special. Come dressed runway-ready. Or don't. Miranda would have opinions either way.

will be on hand to capture the evening.

The skyline, the Broadway marquees, Times Square's flashing neon. That's the New York most people see. But the City's essence lives in its neighborhoods. Block by block, the immigrants who built this city built something more durable than its landmarks. They built a uniquely New York way of life steeped in their cuisines, languages, and traditions. Each neighborhood, every city block, feels like its own world.

From Chinatown to Jackson Heights, our neighborhoods endure and make New York what it is every day. For our Spring Menu we featured a cocktail named for one of those neighborhoods: The Little Italy.

Rye, Cynar, and sweet vermouth make a Manhattan with an Italian bitter taking center stage. The Cynar lends an herbal edge that softens the rye and deepens the drink. Spirit-forward, stirred, and served up.

The Little Italy is a modern classic created at Pegu Club, the bar that helped define what serious cocktail culture looked like in this city. Pegu is gone. The drink remains.

Come Upstairs for a sip.

The Pisco Sour's Queens connection isn't a social media stretch. It's the neighborhood.

Jackson Heights is home to one of the most significant Peruvian and South American communities in New York City. Pisco itself is Peruvian. That said, the Peruvian-Chilean origin debate is the cocktail world's version of a border dispute. Most cocktail enthusiasts, however, credit Lima as the Pisco Sour's birthplace. Either way, the drink has real roots in our community.

Beyond geography: the egg white foam isn't decoration. It's a silky cap that softens the lemon-lime combination into something rounder and more layered than the sum of its parts.

Come Upstairs for a taste of Peru... or is it Chile...? No matter where it's from and who claims credit, it belongs right here.

Guests Upstairs order and enjoy lots of Espresso Martinis. That tracks, given that the espresso martini is currently the third top-selling cocktail in the nation. So Shawn decided to give it a Jackson Heights twist with our new Java Ginger.

Whiskey stands in for vodka. Our house-made ginger syrup, built from fresh ginger root, gives the cocktail a warm, slow spiciness that moves through the drink.

In a neighborhood, and a borough, where fresh ginger is as common as Velveeta is in most of the country, building the syrup from scratch is the obvious choice.

Come Upstairs for a Java Ginger. With the cooler-than-normal week we've had, the timing feels right.

Jackson Heights comes alive in spring. Blooming trees, cherry blossoms, tulips in the traffic medians. Kids and grownups at Travers and Paseo Parks, dinner al fresco at The Q.

And when you're ready to come inside, we've got spring covered too.

New on our Spring menu: The Clemente. Campari brings the brightness and the bite; Cynar, an artichoke amaro, grounds it. Earthy enough to keep the bitterness from running sharp, but without tilting it toward sweet. We muddle cucumber into the drink before topping it with soda, which is what gives it that cool, clean finish. Garnished with a cucumber wheel.

A spritz, technically. One with a lot more going on.

Come Upstairs to celebrate the arrival of spring.

This past Wednesday night, Ben Schloss brought his kitchen Upstairs for April’s Queens Upstairs event. He was joined by members of the Gay Supper Club, bar regulars, and first-time guests who all showed up hungry.

Empanadas. A montadito that stopped conversations mid-sentence. Macarons in guava, passionfruit, and chocolate. And Shawn behind the bar, making sure no one went thirsty.

That’s what Queens Upstairs is all about: people from all over, gathering for great cocktails, lively conversation, and, in this case, great food, right in the heart of the World’s Borough.

Lee, Shawn, and Alan want to thank Ben and his partner Will, everyone who came out, and Juan for being behind the lens. See the full gallery at the link below.

Queens Upstairs returns next month.

With weather that feels more like summer, we certainly don't need to remind you that spring has sprung in New York.

Which means one thing: our Spring menu is officially here.

We're talking Pisco Sour, Spring Fling, Coconut Margarita, new spritzes, and plenty more to keep you cool while the season figures itself out.

Come Upstairs and toast the warmer weather with us.
