It looks like our little Strip-Mall at 5343 English will be full this next month. www.KaraokeForSquares was it's only tenant for 13 months. We will have a Pizza Shop on the West Side and a Carpet/Flooring Company on the Westside of us! Neat, huh? Maybe we can get the back of the Building painted now! Wow, things are looking up! We aren't ALONE anymore! Karaoke Is Sooo Much Fun!

Good news for our www.KaraokeForSquares.Com this week. By my Birthday, (June 24th), we may have the Pizza Place next door Up-And-Running! They put the ovens in yesterday and they are in full swing to open in June! Our Singers will be able to order the food, and just go next door, (about 10 feet), and pick up their Pizza or Sandwiches! Also new CAVS Karaoke Player is on it's way! The Sound keeps getting Better. The old CAVS Unit is on it last legs and had to be replaced! Please keep coming. We had the best 20 Day period ever! At www.KaraokeForSquares.Com we love to sing Karaoke. the word Karaoke in Japanese means "Empty Orchestra". We can't figure that out sine if you had no Orchestra where is the Background music. We invented an american Name for karaoke which makes more sence. The word is "Swabby" which stands for "Sing-With-A-Band-Behind-You". You are the Star and the music make you sound Better! We had a great Evening at ww.KaraokeForSquares last night. Karaoke is sooo much Fun! It is $5 Cover Charge to Sing or $1 just to listen. it is not a Bar or Restaurant. a great place for seniors where ther is No Alcohol, No Smoking and No profanity. Open to all Ages 7 night a week!!

Tomorrow www.KaraokeForSquares.Com will be increasing it's cover charge for Singers from $4 to $5. We found out we just can't pay the rent and utilities unless we do. We are a Not-for-Profit Hobby Corporation and I am out of money to put into it to keep it running. I was paying the "difference" until now. It has to pay for itself. It takes from $1500 to $1700 a month to keep the doors open. Garage sale stuff is paying 25% to 30% of the bills. Now the best part! We are gtiing new singers every week! We need more party bookings,more Garage Sale Items and more singers. I know,: same old song, huh? Thanks for your support.

Raining cats & dogs at www.KaraokeForSquares.Com! We will be able to take Credit Cards now. We have Wi-Fi now so my bank (Chase) provides us with a way for FREE! NEAT, HUH? Check out www.GoRainmakers.Com if you own a Business ou want to grow. They have been very helpfull to us. Remember on May 1st the Cover Charge is going to $5 but the Charge to just Listen is still $1. We are Not-For-Profit (501c3) but the cost of staing open is about $1700+ a month and I am out of money to support any shortages now. 25% of our income has been from the Garage Sale items that the singers have donated. Who knows someone who "Runs" Bingo Games? I want talk to them about running A Bingo Game at our Facility. I don't want to do it but we have a great "place" to do Bingo Games. Have them contact me "if" they have a license, and a "following". It is a 15' By 15' Block Wall on a very busy Street. We can't pay money for this but it is a chance to show off your artistic talent. Concratulations to Donna and Craig for re-Marrying. www.KaraokeForSquares.Com is their favorite place to sing and have fun. We can now offer a tax deduction slip for any Garage Sale items. (Not Clothes) you donate to the Club. We are officially "Karaoke For Squares Club" now and a 501-C3 Not-For-Profit. We had a big Party for Kay Sunday, On OUR Club Birthday as well as Kays and her Grandfather. We have a big Birthday Party coming up this Saturday also. We need more Birthday Bookings and more Garage Sale items. OH, and More singers too!
