We’ve captured all the rich, comforting flavors of his famous morning breakfast routine by fat-washing a Truman favorite Bourbon with maple bacon then finishing it off with a sweet and smoky candied bacon garnish. It’s bold, it's complex, and it's seriously delicious.

Someone who understands that every whiskey journey is different. Someone who gets just as excited helping a newcomer find their first favorite pour as they do discussing obscure single barrels, historic distilleries, mash bills, and production methods with a seasoned enthusiast.
