Position: Hospitality Team Member — Cross-Trained Role
Current Openings:
• Weekday shifts Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 2:30–9:00 PM
• Friday: 2:30 PM–Midnight
• Saturday: 5:00 PM–Midnight

• Hospitality-minded: You take personal pride in caring for people and making every guest feel welcomed, valued and remembered.
• Detail-driven: You naturally read the room, notice the smallest details and anticipate guest needs before they are voiced.
• Highly coachable: You are eager to learn, quick to adapt and open to ongoing training across every part of our operation.
Responsibilities:
Every Sentinel team member is cross-trained and shares responsibility for:
• Warmly greeting, welcoming and seating guests
• Providing attentive, polished service in our intimate, speakeasy-influenced space
• Crafting cocktails according to established recipes and standards
• Preparing food and charcuterie
• Maintaining the cleanliness, organization and presentation of the space
• Supporting fellow team members wherever needed
Requirements to be considered:
• Must be 21 or older—no exceptions
• Previous upscale hospitality experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel
• Professional and polished appearance
• Outgoing, positive and guest-focused mindset
• Highly coachable and collaborative
• Dependable & committed
