Established in 2015 by co-owners Tom Park and Justin Park, Bar Leather Apron provides an intimate bar experience in downtown Honolulu. Located on the mezzanine level of the Topa Financial Center, we are proud to offer an ever-changing menu of classic cocktails and bespoke creations, as well as beer, wine and an expansive collection of premium spirits. Inspired by their international travels, Tom a

nd Justin sought to bring home, under one roof, the aspects they admired most from some of the best bars in the world. Every element of the Bar Leather Apron experience has been carefully considered, to provide the best experience for our guests. A good cocktail is a wonderful thing, but the moments that surround each sip are what make it truly memorable.

Rooted in reciprocity. Inspired by one of BLA’s most beloved cocktails, the Royal Kunia. The flavor profile was created to evoke deep chocolate notes with a delicate bitter coffee finish. Classic bourbon characteristics also shine brightly: caramel, oak, and spice.
