Our Shepherds pie is a taste of Anthony Rush humble up bringing in the country side of SW England.
A 50% blend of both freshly ground lamb leg, and 24hr slow braised lamb neck, all cooked down in a rich tomato and red wine sauce, together with peas, carrots, onions, and topped off with fluffy mashed potatoes.

All you’re gonna need with this, is a glass of red 🍷 and maybe a side salad 🥗 but also leaving room for dessert 🧁 😉
