Today we lost a true local legend. 💜
Jimmy “Cowboy” Williams was one of those people you don’t forget. A true outdoorsman, cowboy, storyteller, and a man who could have just about anyone laughing with one of his jokes or stories. He had a way of making people feel welcome and turning an ordinary moment into a memory.
He traveled all over, saw so many places, and had plenty of stories to tell, but he never stopped loving home. He loved where we live and loved sharing the beauty, people, and spirit of this place with everyone he met. No matter how far he wandered, home was always his favorite place to be.
He was truly one of a kind, and our little corner of the world won’t be quite the same without him.
Please keep his three daughters and their family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this incredible loss. 💜
So here’s to you, Cowboy. Keep telling those stories, making everybody laugh, and save us a seat around the campfire. And when the time comes, I hope they’ve got plenty of your preferred drink waiting for you — Angel P**s. 🤠🥃
To celebrate his life and share in his memory, please feel free to drop by this weekend to raise a glass with a "Cowboy Special," share a laugh, and remember a good friend.
Rest easy, Cowboy. You’ll be missed more than you know.
