A little love from our own backyard. 💚

We’re so grateful to be featured in Chapel Hill Magazine’s Best of Chapel Hill issue! There’s something extra special about being recognized by the community that shows up, pulls up a chair, orders another round, and keeps coming back.

National awards are nice and all, but we’ll take a little hometown love any day. 😉 The people who actually walk through our doors? Those are the people that mean the most.

Our fall menu is making its way to the table, and we’re starting with a little something unexpected.

🥚 Thai Chili Deviled Eggs
Silky Thai-spiced yolk, chili-lime glaze, crispy shallot, Thai basil & Fresno chile.

A familiar favorite, reimagined with bright Thai flavors, a little crunch, and just the right amount of heat.

Our kitchen went a little crazy with this one. 🔥

Tonight’s special is a Charred Skirt Steak — Mexican-spiced butternut squash, Mexican rice, charred Brussels sprouts, crispy potatoes, pickled onions, grilled lime, and our poblano crema, finished with a bright herb relish. 🌶️🥩

It’s bold, smoky, bright, a little spicy, and packed with the kind of flavors we love at Nomad.

And the best part? This is just a little preview of our upcoming fall menu. 👀🍁
