Exactly what spring calls for. Pineapple, whiskey, and mint in the same glass. Part tiki, part julep, all Casablanca. A little unexpected and very easy to drink.

Pair it with a Drew Estate Liga Privada No. 9 for a rich, full-bodied experience. Deep notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and earth balance out the sweetness and play nicely with the mint.
