With all the other parties happening Saturday, we thought it might be a quieter night, but you proved us wrong from the jump 🙏🏼.

So many new faces, along with all our favorite familiar ones. Spring has officially sprung, and the positivity in the room was palpable. That's what happens when we come together and dance it out.

We've got big plans for the coming months: surprise guests, our Pride edition in June, ticket giveaways, etc.
We'll see you back at EPC on Saturday, May 30th, with warm air, even warmer energy, and Mike's birthday celebration 🎉🎂💗.

For whatever reason, I’ve been thinking about this lyric a lot lately. “Only when you’re dancing can you feel this free.”

Yes, it’s Madonna, “Into the Groove,” one of my favorites. But it hits differently now. Since the 2024 election, this party has become something more for me, an outlet, an escape, a reset. There’s something powerful about dancing with your people, all of us navigating the same noise, looking for the same spark of joy. For a few hours, it really does feel like freedom.

And yeah, we play Madonna. No irony, no guilt. She’s always been a boundary-pusher, a champion for the LGBTQ community, and part of the culture that shaped spaces like this. I still remember buying Like a Prayer and Disintegration on cassette the same week in ’89, released just a few weeks apart. Both felt right. Both belonged.

That’s kind of what this is about. Finding that feeling again. Together. On the dancefloor.

See you Saturday 💗

Thank you ♥️ Our March party felt like we officially stopped hibernating. It was the first party of spring, after a winter that overstayed its welcome in just about every way. It also marked three years of Happy Endings at Eastern Palace Club 🎉. You filled the room early and made it clear winter was finished. We'll see you back at EPC on Saturday, April 25. Warmer air, same energy.

Thank you 🙏🏼 . Last Saturday was a perfect reset. We never get tired of sorting through these pictures and being reminded of how much joy you bring to this party every month 💗.

Special thanks to special guest DJ Mikey for the inspiring sets, and for always bringing a refreshing vibe and deep musical touch to the room.

We'll see you back at Eastern Palace Club on Sat, March 28 to kick off spring the right way!

We were prepared for a "decent evening." What actually took place was our best ever January party in terms of turnout, vibe, community, and cathartic release 🙏🏼♥️.

So many new faces and some very welcome familiar ones. Thank you so much. Attached are photos from the party.

January was A LOT. For many of us, it's been a frightening and overwhelming start to the year, watching what's unfolding around us and feeling the weight of an oppressive and dangerous climate. Spaces like this, where we can be ourselves, celebrate together, and remember that we are not alone, are more important than ever.

To everyone who came out, danced, brought friends, checked in on each other, and helped create that magic: thank you. Truly. You made the night what it was. We can't wait to do that again on Sat, February 28 ♥️ *Special thanks to Denise Roguz for the stellar photos 📸 and happy birthday to our friend Cory Thompson — so glad we got to celebrate with you that night!

New Year's Eve was life-affirming in so many ways. Despite ANOTHER snowstorm and tons of competition, we had our biggest NYE in Happy Endings history.

The fact that it also marked our Sweet 16 Anniversary made the response feel especially meaningful.

This party, and the community it's created, quite honestly saved us in 2025. We don't know what we would have done without it. We won't list all the atrocities we witnessed this past year: the dismantling of our democracy, the fear it stirred in us and in so many of our marginalized friends. But what did give us hope was the tribe that has grown around Happy Endings over the last 16 years – the support, the safety, and the joy we feel every time we come together.

We've always viewed this party as a respite from the hardships, stress, and weight of daily life. With that in mind, as we move into 2026, it feels like the right moment to start re-imagining a few things – thinking about how and where we gather, and how this space can continue to evolve while still feeling like home.

Challenges can be hard (we all know that after this past year), but they also push us to grow and learn. That's exactly how we're approaching the year ahead: with curiosity, openness, and an excitement about what's possible – trusting that a shift in perspective can bring us even closer together, with the intention of making this party, and this little community, even tighter, stronger, and filled with more joy and camaraderie than ever 🙏🏼♥️.
