**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a charismatic and skilled Speakeasy Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a flair for creativity, and the ability to engage with guests, making each visit to our speakeasy an extraordinary experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Craft and serve a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for each guest.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
- Educate guests about the speakeasy’s history and the unique aspects of our cocktail offerings.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage inventory, restocking supplies as needed.
- Uphold the speakeasy’s ambiance by maintaining a professional and polished appearance.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-end or speakeasy setting.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and bartending techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
