Hammond, Indiana just landed a Michelin-starred night.
On Tuesday, September 22nd at 6pm, 18th Street Brewery & Distillery is hosting an exclusive 30-person dinner with Chef Brian Fisher.
Chef Fisher built his reputation in Chicago's fine dining scene, earning a Michelin star as chef/owner of Entente and previously serving as Chef de Cuisine at Michelin-starred Schwa. He's been recognized as a James Beard Award semifinalist, bringing his refined technique to new audiences. A night with a chef of his caliber almost never presents itself in Indiana, and we are thrilled to host this unique culinary collaboration.
Chef Brian and Drew have a long history of working together, including a b**r collaboration supporting mental health — something they truly believe in and that has been an integral part of both of their lives.
