Here we are. The unofficial *official* end of the summer season *in the biz* as we call it!
Its been a very busy and very quick season! Thank you to all of our regular Easy Street patrons for enjoying our space with us and to all the new faces who found us, and there were many!!
Thanks to The Scolded Dogs, Sue Deane, Josh Shain, Marcia Gallagher, Spacey Jones, Jack and the Platonics, Tinie Bikinis, Electrocutie, Mediocre Craftsmen,Ashley and the Maniacs, Mike VanSummern, Troy Youngblood, Laura Hudson Band, Smoked Salmon, and so many more creative folk who graced our stage.
Thanks to Matt, David, Britt and Ash for keeping the wheels turning, a keen eye on the place, being professional and knowledgeable. They also completed, passed and became certified in T.I.P.S. (training for intervention program) It is a nationally and globally recognized training program that teaches the responsible sale, service, and consumption of alcohol.
Matty is also now taken on the manager role!
Im very proud, pleased and support my crew 100 percent.
We've got some fun and new stuff (for us) coming up this fall as we slip into the spooky season....look for our Witches, Warlocks, Wizzards Halloween party on the actual date of Halloween!!

How cool is this? Portland poet Stevie Travino hangs out in the Old Port, gets a bit of info on a topic, and then writes these excellent poems in a matter of moments. Josh and I told her just a little bit about the Scolded Dogs and she came up with this.

Who wants to come down to Easy Street Lounge tonight and help me celebrate the official start of my being Full Time Bar Manager?!?!
