Our Mai Tai takes the traditional route in this classic tiki drink. Appleton Estate, our classic Jamaican rum of choice, gives the drink its unique personality. Across the Borderline
This Negroni variation combines añejo tequila, sweet vermouth, Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur, Averna Amaro, and house chocolate chili bitters. The chili liqueur combined with the herbal profile of Averna takes charge, with aged tequila rounding out the sweetness. The result: an easy going but evocative cocktail.

Oaxaca Old Fashioned
The Oaxaca Old Fashioned is borrowed from NYC’s , where it quickly became a modern classic after its 2007 inception. This variation of one of the most popular whiskey cocktails substitutes the rye with a combination of reposado tequila and mezcal. Some may be challenged to drink an agave spirit in this format, but it stands up against even the finest whiskey old fashioned.
1.5 oz Lunazul Reposado Tequila5 oz Montelobos Mezcal25 oz Agave Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
