Three years ago today, we served our very first guests.
Looking back at these photos, one thing feels especially clear: this has never only been about the food.
Don’t get us wrong, what Chef Casey, Chef Shaun, Chef Alec, and our kitchen team do night after night is incredible. The food matters. Deeply. It always has. It is the foundation of what we do.
But what we’ve always believed is that great restaurants are about more than what’s on the plate.
They’re about the people gathered around the table. The celebrations. The conversations that linger. The date nights, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, wine dinners, martinis, laughter, comfort after hard days, and memories made over meals.
They’re about the team who shows up every day to create something bigger than dinner.
From construction dust and empty rooms to a restaurant full of stories, thank you to every guest who has walked through our doors and every team member, past and present, who helped make Table at the Lake what it is.
Three years in. Grateful beyond words. ❤️
