Rodsmith Motorcycles RODSMITH Handmade Customs & Rods hot rods and motorcycles have been tearing up the roads of North America and around the globe for the past 25 years!

Craig is a master builder/fabricator/painter/designer and owner of RODSMITH Handmade Customs & Rods just north of Chicago in Lake County, Illinois. He’s worked on everything from bicycles to WW2 fighter planes (really!). Craig was born in Melbourne, Australia. As a kid, many Fosters ago, he customized anything he could get his hands on. He started with his ’57 BSA when he was 12 years old. He has

extensive, hands-on experience in body work, paint, fabrication, mechanical, etc. He has built all kinds of stuff, from bikes to cars, traditional to radical. Craig will do partial builds to complete cars and bikes. Chops, channels, frame modifications, frame building, body modifications, motor swaps, shaving, frenching… you name it!

I feel so fortunate that I have two wonderful parents that are still in love with each other after almost 70 years together,and they just celebrated milestone birthdays. I hope I’m at least half the man as you dad when I grow up. Looking bloody good for 90!

A 74-year-old financier sets out to gain a “pinch of immortality” by attempting to break a world speed record on a hand-built motorcycle affectionately named Mister Fahrenheit. Bobby Haas, once the co-owner of Dr. Pepper, 7-Up, and other soda giants, abandons his business career in search of more adrenaline-based endeavors. Atop his world-renowned sidecar racer, Bobby turns the energy of his twilight years towards cementing his name in the land speed record books.
