Full 10+ lb pork loin. Scored, seasoned, refrigerated 24 hours. Smoked at 225 for about 3 hours til IT hits 145. Lighter colored one rubbed with S&P, Cajun seasoning, chili & lime, cayenne and glazed with raw honey. Darker one rubbed with S&P, Myron Mixon Rubba Dub rub, Old Bay and glazed with blackberry habanero jelly. Whole loin under $18!!!

What a fire pot should look like vs what mine after 5 years looks like 😬. I’d say it had a good run! Replacement ordered so the grill/smoker should be back up and running in no time. This should explain the weird temps swings I’ve seen over the past few months. Gotta get it right before winter!
