🎉 Celebrating 18 Years of Antonio! 🎉

Today, we’re celebrating someone who has become such an important part of the Gilmore Collection team, Antonio Reyes, who is coming up on an incredible 18 years with us!

Antonio currently works across 4 of our properties The BOB, Blue Water, Nick Fink's Bar, and Mangiamo - The Mansion Italiano Elevato, and if there’s a job that needs to get done, chances are Antonio can do it. Porter, cleaner, dishwasher, prep cook, line cook, you name it. He truly is the definition of a jack of all trades!

Most days, you might find Antonio polishing the elevator at The B.O.B., scrubbing a fryer at Blue Water, or making a burger at Nick Fink’s. Ever wonder who fries those famous chips at Blue Water or rolls the Blu Bar eggrolls? That’s Antonio! 👏

Antonio brings passion, pride, and a willingness to do whatever it takes every single day. His hard work often happens behind the scenes, but it makes a huge difference to our teams and our guests.

Thank you, Antonio, for (almost) 18 years of hard work, dedication, and being someone we can always count on. We’re incredibly proud to have you as part of the Gilmore Collection team.
