Like the diverse pallet of the goat, the folks at Local Goat Distillery keep an open mind to native goods. Our socially responsible process involves using by-products in our exotic spirits. What might be considered waste to others is what shapes our sophisticated liquors. We’ve partnered with Veldhuizen Cheese just down the road in Dublin. Their whey is the base for our vodka, acting as a natural sugar. Processes like these are only the beginning of Local Goat.

We keep our customers on their toes with a range of classic to experimental vodka, rum, and gin. Granbury is a special place where Texas history lives and natural resources abound. Local Goat is a legendary gathering place for the community, as well as a refreshing hangout for travelers. Come to us for the spirits!
