inute consolation, we will provide you with a shopping list within a few days. Specialty Drinks
We help you with unique and creative cocktail selections so your event is the talk of the town. We will help you with your selection of drinks from the Traditional or the Skinny Traditional, Unique Specialty to the exotic Molecular Gastronomy Cocktails. Weddings
Greet your guest with a Specialty drink aperitif that will just wow them. We can even create a tasty Signature Drink, Adult Aperitif to match your color scheme.

Bar Setup
We bring a professional portable bar to your event location. Of course, we could pour drinks from just about any setup but having a portable bar will keep the traffic flowing more efficiently. If your event has a theme, we can decorate the bar to fit the theme. We even include a themed framed custom drink menu created especially for your event to be placed on the bar. Drink Menu Planning
Every event will include a consultation to plan a custom drink menu to fit your event theme and budget. We can create and select signature cocktails based on the preferred colors (wedding receptions) and tastes requirements of the event. Once the menu planning is complete, we take all the hassle of calculating how much you need for your event. You will be provided with a detailed shopping list; however, we recommend you consider our Private Shopping Service. Private Shopping Service
For your convenience, we offer a Private Shopping Service. We will be glad to take care of all your shopping needs. We won’t charge you 4 times the mark-up on liquor, you pay exactly what the liquor cost. We purchase it for you and bring it to your event. We present you with all the receipts and you pay the exact cost. By letting us do the shopping for you, it allows you more free time for all your other event planning needs. Set up
We arrive at your event between 1 to 2 hours before service is to begin to set up the bar. We will bring everything needed to start service on time. This includes the ice and cups. Tear down
We pack up the bar and remove all the bar trash to any receptacle ONSITE. We cannot take any trash OFFSITE with us. We will leave the site as clean as it was when we arrived.

Do you carry Insurance? We carry 1m liquor liability policy along with our general liability. Because our bartenders are going to be doing the serving we can name you as a certificate holder. For $125 you or the event hall can be added as an additional insured. Do you request ID Cards at the bar? We take a strong stance on underage drinking so if anyone looks to be under age we will card them. If they do not have any ID they WILL NOT be served, no exceptions. Do you bring your own Bar and what type of space do you need for the bar? Think of how much easier it would be to let us bring our portable bar it will take up less space and serve your guest in professional efficient manner. You also do not need to worry about the transportation, setup and break down of the bar area. We need a 10’ x 10’ space for the Bar, Back Bar, supplies and trash. Who takes care of the Bar Trash? All bar trash will be taken to any receptacle ONSITE. Who takes care of the Gratuity? It is normal for all Bartender to have a tip jar on the bar but if you prefer discretion in regards to gratuity a cost of $3.00 per guest will be added and we will not put out a tip jar. Do you sell the Alcohol? We do not sell Alcohol you the client must provide the alcohol for the event. For those of you who have a lack of time in your daily schedule or just don’t want the hassle of going to the various stores to gather the bar supplies we offer a Private Shopping Service for a nominal fee. What do you do with the left over supplies? We leave the client with all of the left over liquor since they paid alcohol. However since we bring more Cups, Mixers Garnishes than the client pays for we take these leftovers with us. Do you require a deposit? Yes every booking requires a deposit to hold your event date and time. I have a price quote how soon should I put down a deposit or make final payment? It’s up to you. A price quote is NOT a contract and does NOT reserve anything. We sell out on many dates several months in advance especially during wedding season. Saturdays are the first to sell out every month. We require a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to hold your event date. Final payment is due 10 days prior so that we can place orders, arrange our delivery schedule, and staff our events for that day. Your event may not be the only event that day, we do multiple events on the same date all over the valley so First-Come, First-Serve.
