We took the construction of a gimlet and tweaked each ingredient… the Bar Hill Honey Gin is infused with Lemongrass, the Citrus is Yuzu, and the sweet, nutty, herbal flavor is Pandan! Garnished with a pineapple frond and an edible candied Yuzu peel
