Aging outdoors at 1,693 feet hits different.

At 1693 Distillery in Fredericksburg, the barrels sit outside, expanding, contracting, squeezing, and a 4-year product ends up drinking like a 5 or 6 year. That's the elevation doing its thing.

And when it came time to name their agave spirit? The answer was right there.
Elevación. Because it had to be Spanish. And it just worked.
Oh, and 300 pickle margaritas every Saturday. Just saying.
