Our pizza kitchen is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am-6pm and Sunday from 2pm-6pm. (extended summer hours until October 31st: Thursday-Sunday open until 7pm)

A LITTLE SIMPSON COUNTY HISTORY WILL BE ROLLING IN FOR OUR 10TH ANNIVERSARY!

Weā€™re excited to welcome The Antique Tractor and Implement Club of Simpson County to our Bourbon Harvest Picnic on September 19!

Their vintage tractors are more than just a great addition to the celebration. They represent the agricultural heritage that runs deep in our community ā€” the farms, families, equipment, and hard work behind the grain that eventually finds its way into our bourbon.

From the fields to the still, agriculture is where our story begins.

Come celebrate with us as we mark 10 years of grain and spirit with an old-fashioned harvest celebration featuring vintage tractors, local agriculture, BBQ, bourbon, cocktails, free tours and tastings, and plenty of good company.

Weā€™re honored to be included in bourbon historian Michael Veachā€™s latest article, ā€œSleeper Whiskeys.ā€

If youā€™re not familiar with Michaelā€™s work, he is a 2006 inductee into the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame, author and contributor to five books on bourbon, and widely regarded as one of the foremost authorities on bourbon history. He also served as the Bourbon Historian for the Filson Historical Society.

Michael recently hosted a BARDS (Bourbon And Rye Drinkers Society) dinner built around whiskeys that may not always get the attention they deserve ā€” but absolutely should.

One of the whiskeys he selected for the evening was our Linkumpinch Cask Strength Bourbon, paired with a summer salad. He describes it as bringing sweet vanilla, fruit and oak to the table, and at 120 proof, it certainly brought plenty of character.

Weā€™re proud to see Linkumpinch included in a conversation about Kentucky bourbon alongside some great whiskey makers from across the region.

Thank you, Michael, for including Dueling Grounds in the conversation and, more importantly, for continuing to explore, preserve and share the stories behind great whiskey.
