Our pizza kitchen is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am-6pm and Sunday from 2pm-6pm. (extended summer hours until October 31st: Thursday-Sunday open until 7pm)

Every Sunday from 2-6pm is 'Sip and Savor'. Our mixolog

ist creates a unique menu each week featuring 4 craft cocktails along with special offerings from the pizza kitchen. Hang outside on our huge shaded patio or in the tasting room/bar area. We have a KY Small Batch section featuring handmade goods from local KY businesses. Visit our 2nd location! The new tasting room, gift shop and bottle shop is in downtown Cave City, Ky. Located at 107 Broadway St . Come by and sip and sample new releases and old favorites. We are excited to have MB Roland Distillery opening their tasting room next door! Cocktail of the weekend: Silky Sonnet

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Bourbon25 oz Aperol25 oz Elderflower liqueur 75 oz pineapple juice 5 oz lemon juice 25 oz Honey syrup
2 dashes fee foam

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a coup/stemmed glass and garnish however you wish.

Moonshines! Hint, pop the bottles in the freezer to make a
super frosty and refreshing drink. You can pick up a bottle or
two at both our Franklin and Cave City locations. Both are open all
weekend long and on Memorial Day.

🍉WatermelonRita🍉
2 oz DGD Watermelon Moonshine25 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lime Juice 25 oz Agave Syrup
Salt Rim (or Tajin for a spicy tangy kick)

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake. Run a lime slice around the rim
of a glass and dip into salt. Add ice and strain.

🍋Lemon Moonbeam🍋
2 oz DGD Lemon Moonshine
1 oz Lemon juice5 oz Honey syrup

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a glass with ice.

🍓Strawberry Moon Tea🍓
2 oz Strawberry Moonshine 5 oz Elderflower Liqueur 5 oz Lemon Juice
