Our pizza kitchen is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am-6pm and Sunday from 2pm-6pm. (extended summer hours until October 31st: Thursday-Sunday open until 7pm)

ist creates a unique menu each week featuring 4 craft cocktails along with special offerings from the pizza kitchen. Hang outside on our huge shaded patio or in the tasting room/bar area. We have a KY Small Batch section featuring handmade goods from local KY businesses. Visit our 2nd location! The new tasting room, gift shop and bottle shop is in downtown Cave City, Ky. Located at 107 Broadway St . Come by and sip and sample new releases and old favorites. We are excited to have MB Roland Distillery opening their tasting room next door! Our Barrel Pick Experience gives you the rare opportunity to sample bourbon directly from our aging barrels, exploring the unique character each barrel develops over time. You then have the option to choose your favorite to bottle as your own!

During this hands-on experience, you’ll:
• Taste bourbon straight from the barrel
• Learn how barrel aging shapes flavor and proof
• Select your favorite barrel sample
• Thieve, bottle, label, and finish your own bottle to take home, if you choose.

Made from local Simpson and Logan County grain and aged in new American oak barrels, every barrel tells a different story. No two are exactly alike.

1. Book our new tour where dad will get to pull the bourbon directly from the cask, learn the specific process of gauging the proof, bottling, labeling and finishing the final bottle. Then take the bottle he picked home!
2. Enjoy a Father’s Day themed Sip & Savor Sunday of artfully crafted cocktails made with our spirits. We serve domestic and craft beer and wine as well.
3. Get your grub on! We offer thin crust pizza, cheese bread, soft pretzels w/ beer cheese, mini chocolate pecan pies, baklava, cheesecake and ice cream.
4. Hang in our tasting room or on our outdoor shaded patio. Play a round of corn hole if you’re feeling competitive.

It's hard to find the perfect gift for Father's Day, but if you're looking for something for a Bourbon-loving Dad, we've got some great ideas for you!

Linkumpinch Bourbon: Dad will love our Wheated Bourbon, it replaces rye with soft redwinter wheat for a softer, sweeter, smoother flavor. Come in and we will help you pick the perfect bottle.

DGD Apparel: Our shirts our printed locally by Pyramid Prints on high quality T’s.

DGD Hats: We have 5 styles to choose from. They are Legacy brand hats which are highly regarded for their vintage aesthetic, exceptionally soft "broken-in" feel, and durable construction.

Rock’s Glass: a short, sturdy tumbler with a thick base used for spirits served neat or "on the rocks". Its wide brim and solid bottom make it ideal for muddling cocktail ingredients.

Glencairn: The iconic Glencairn whisky glass was designed specifically for whisky drinkers and connoisseurs. It enhances nosing and tasting: The tapering mouth funnels aromas to the nose, allowing you to fully appreciate the whisky's nuances, while hiding the harshness of the alcohol.

Linkumpinch Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee: The good folks at Ridley’s Roasthouse in Bowling Green take green single source organic Papua New Guinea coffee beans and age them for 2 weeks in our freshly emptied Linkumpinch bourbon barrels, then roast them to perfection. They also hand-make Linkumpinch Bourbon Vanilla Craft Syrup that goes insanely well with the coffee!

Bourbon Truffles: Decadent, rich, silky smooth Bourbon Truffles! They are hand crafted with Linkumpinch Bourbon by our friends at Art Eatables in Louisville, KY.
