It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our esteemed school board member, Mr. Joseph Foulcard. His dedication and service to our school district have left a lasting mark on the education and well-being of our students.

We extend our deepest condolences to Mr. Foulcard's family during this difficult time. As a community, we mourn the loss of a valued leader and friend. His legacy will endure through the positive changes he helped bring to our schools.

Hey Good People! Life comes at you Fast. One minute you are on top of the world and the next thing your world blows up. The Foulcard Family been trusted custodians of Joe's Restaurant & Lounge for a quarter of a century. It has been a place to laugh, love, eat, drink, and dance. The place where you met old friends after work and made new ones. Like our Uncle Carl always said "it was for all of the people all of the time". But sadly on Friday April 7th an electrical fire consumed what had taken almost 2 years of planning and remolding in a matter of 4 hours. During the remolding process we lost Don Foulcard Sr and Charles “Charlie Boy” Foulcard Sr. the long time custodian of Joe’s. The remodeling process became our therapy. it became our Why!! it became something bigger than us.That brings us to today. Whats's going to be you're Why now? Well you know it has to be something bigger and better. We are going to Regroup, Rehab and Rebuild bigger and better than ever. We don't want to just rebuild Joe's. We want to help rebuild this community. We want to rebuild broken relationships. We need to build something bigger than ourselves. We grew up walking these streets without fear. If we can come together to party we can come together to rebuild our area. Moving forward we are asking you to come on this journey with us. We cannot do this alone. If you witnessed what we did before wait until you see what we can do together. We have put together a GoFundMe page. Your support will be greatly appreciated. And now we are going to ask...What is your Why??? Let's get to work Good People. We have work to do. We love our community. Thanks to everyone who have reached out and supported Joe's throughout the years and in the future. We will be giving weekly updates about the progress of cleaning up and rebuilding.
