It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of an incredible loss within our Ampersand family. Robert wasn’t just a team member—he was the glue that held us together.
Rob had an extraordinary gift for bringing people together, not just here at Ampersand but throughout the entire West 7th community. Whether he was offering support, cracking a joke, dressing up in a costume or just being Rob, he left a mark on every person he met.
