We are incredibly grateful to share that Noir Tea Room made it through the storm without sustaining any damage! 🖤
We were fortunate enough to maintain power throughout the storm, and work on our buildout is continuing as we move closer to opening our doors.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for everyone involved in bringing Noir to life.
Several members of our team sustained significant damage to their homes and personal property. Between navigating cleanup, insurance claims, disrupted postal services, and furniture and supply shipments that have been delayed, damaged, or halted entirely, we are facing a few unexpected obstacles.
We are still doing everything we can to stay on schedule, but we ask for a little patience and understanding as we navigate the aftermath of the storm. Our community, our families, and the well-being of everyone involved will always come first.
In the meantime, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has continued supporting us through online orders. Every single purchase makes a tremendous difference, especially right now.
We are working hard to process orders within 24 hours and get them into the mail as quickly as postal services allow. Please understand that shipping delays may still occur beyond our control.
To everyone who has supported Noir, checked in on us, placed an order, or simply shared our excitement about what we’re creating: thank you.
Noir is more than just a tea room. It’s something we’re building with an incredible amount of love, determination, and a little bit of beautiful darkness.
The storm may have slowed a few things down, but it certainly hasn’t stopped us.
