Part-Time 24 - 32 hrs Weekly
Location: 3800 Century Drive, Fort Smith, AR 72903
Compensation: $11.00/hour during a 90-day probationary period; performance-based raise after probation
Benefits: Weekly pay, health coverage available

Job Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting from a variety of adult products, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and help create a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. A friendly, open-minded approach and excellent customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Greet customers warmly and determine their needs.
Engage customers in conversation to recommend and demonstrate merchandise.
Explain product use, operation, and care with confidence.
Capable of aiding customers' with tact and courtesy.
Bag purchases and maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
Restock shelves and counters with merchandise (no heavy lifting).
Clean shelves, counters, floors, and windows to uphold store standards.
Maintain accurate shift records related to sales.
Answer questions about products, promotions, and store information.
Stay attentive to security risks and respond appropriately.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or GED required.
General computer knowledge.
Retail experience preferred but not required.
Quick learner with a professional, friendly, and open-minded demeanor.
Comfortable discussing adult products with customers.
Able to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
Punctual, responsible, and dependable with reliable transportation.
