We are closing early tonight, so our team can stay safe and warm. We will be open tomorrow at noon and will have all the hot toddies ready for you. Until then, here’s our favorite hot toddy recipe - 2 oz Old Elk Bourbon, .75 oz fresh lemon juice, .75 oz honey simple syrup topped with hot water and a little close and citrus.

It’s Drew’s last night. We are going to miss him but definitely won’t forget him. Drew started with us almost 3 years ago. He’s worked every role in the tasting room from dishwasher to server, bartender, manager, host, cook and brand ambassador. His work ethic, kindness, and super focus shows in his relationships, his schooling and now Masters degree, his leadership and ability to make others comfortable and desire to be the best in all he does has made us the lucky ones to work with him and sit at his bar. Drew, we can’t wait to see what’s next for you in this thing called life. Oh, and he made a goodbye cocktail. 😭 Your it.

Our feature drink of the week is for all those snowbirds heading south. The "Arizona Winter" is made with our newest Whiskeysmith Co. flavor Salted Watermelon, we then infused our Dry Town Vodka with red pepper, mixed it with agave, fresh lime juice and a serrano pepper tincture. It's got a little more warmth to match the bite of the vodka and whiskey.
