We have two new cocktails on our menu! First is a Whiskey Sour made with Still Austin Rye, demerara syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and egg white.

The other is a second Old Fashioned. We use Still Austin straight bourbon. We make a homemade simple syrup with honey, pink peppercorns, vanilla beans, and cinnamon bark then topped with Bittercube Orange bitters and a Luxardo Cherry.

The Wise Man lineup by Foundation Ci**rs delivers pure, refined smoke performance from start to finish. Rebuilt with a dual binder of Estelí and Jalapa to***cos and fillers from Estelí, Condega, and Jalapa, these two blends showcase two completely different sides of rich flavor.

The Wise Man Corojo.

It opens with smooth cedar and toasted nuts before rolling into warm baking spices, transitions to zesty pepper, finishing clean without lingering bitterness.
