Two legends just hit the shelf. 🥃

The 2026 releases of Bomberger’s Declaration and Shenk’s Homestead are here at The Waiting Room. These limited Michter’s Legacy Series bottles pay tribute to a distilling history that dates all the way back to 1753 — and every yearly release is crafted a little differently.

Bomberger’s brings rich cherry, spice, and deep chocolate notes from custom Chinquapin and Hungarian oak, while Shenk’s leans rye-forward with warm caramel bread pudding, baking spice, and toasted oak character. Rare pours, serious flavor, and worth slowing down for.

Doors open at 5:30 — come grab a pour before they’re gone.

Logan’s buffalo chicken bao brings the heat in the best way. Texas Pete–dusted chicken katsu, cool ranch vinaigrette, peppery arugula, and blue cheese mayo all tucked into a soft bao. It’s one of those bites you think about after the plate’s gone.
