723 West Rowan was always meant to be a beta.
A space to experiment. To test ideas. To refine cocktails, concepts, and creativity, and to learn what our community truly responds to. What we didn’t expect… was how much it would become.
Somewhere along the way, this little testing ground turned into one of your favorite cocktail spots. A place for nights out, first dates, celebrations, and conversations that stayed a little longer than planned. You made it feel bigger than it was, and that’s something we don't take lightly.
As we close out this chapter, we’ll be transitioning out of this location and begin preparing for the next one. We'll be moving out at the end of this month.
Until then, we’re doing what we do best: great cocktails, familiar favorites, and a few pulled from the archives for one last round in this space.
This isn’t an ending, it’s an evolution. Thank you for showing up, for trusting us, and for helping shape what this becomes next.
