Cimarron Blanco Tequila, Pernod Absinthe, Fresh Pineapple, Fresh Lime, Agave, Cucumber

Our bartender Haydn Babione (the one with the hair) found this particular drink thumbing through the late Sasha Peteaske’s Regarding Cocktails behind the bar one day, after pedaling it on every coworker and regular he could, we figured it deserved a spot on the menu. Give it a try and let Haydn know what you think! (About the drink, not his hair)

Tom Khallins

Tom Kha soup is a must-order for us at any number of local Thai places. This one started with the name and we had to chase the idea down to see if we could make it work. What we came up with is a delightfully refreshing drink built around coconut, with bright, vibrant lemongrass and lime leaf, grounded by the warmth of the classic tom kha ingredient, galangal.

Paired with our Green Goddess Hummus and a trio of house-made snacks, you might be in for the perfect evening 🍄‍🟫🥥🌶️
