A little Baba Ghanoush to start your week off! We are getting some beautiful eggplant from our friends rootsinreverie ! Roasting them hard to take the inside fold in some sheep’s milk yogurt from blackeyedsusansheepdairy and a bunch of spices. Topped with confit cherry tomatoes, a pepper relish, sour dough bread caramel. Served with some roasted garlic and rosemary focaccia! Here well night shades are in!

The Exeter Apothecary is happy to announce that we have begun a new coffee program, partnering with our new friends at Little Bear Coffee Roasters of Dover, New Hampshire! We will be serving their Sweetie Bear West Java Medium Roast beginning this week. Come by and get a cup of to-order, locally roasted, mini french-pressed, hot coffee!
