WE ARE MOVING FROM OUR 664 WEST 26TH LOCATION DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE BUILDING. THE LANDLORD HAS REFUSED TO FIX ANY OF THE ISSUES THAT WE ALL KNOW OF FAR TOO WELL. COUNTLESS DAYS LOST BECAUSE OF LEAKS FROM THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENTS AND THE CUSTOMER BATHROOM HAS BEEN DOWN FOR AROUND 9 MONTHS. WE CAN NOT CONTINUE TO BLEED. EH HIPPIES HATE COURT BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS!
