We had so much fun hosting the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours alongside FirstLight Home Care of Jacksonville, NC! A huge thank you to everyone who came out, mingled, made connections, enjoyed some w**e, and delicious charcuterie from Michelle & Laura's Charcuterie Creations with us. 🥂 And a special thank you to FirstLight Home Care for leading such a fun evening and bringing everyone together! On Saturday, September 12, join us in the garden for an intimate first course inspired by the refined simplicity of Italy:

🧀 Italian Fontina — delicately nutty and luxuriously creamy, served at the ideal temperature to reveal its rich, buttery character imported from Italy.

🫒 Castelvetrano Olives with Boursin — silky, mild green olives filled with herb-scented Boursin, offering a beautifully balanced contrast of brine, cream, and freshness.

🥖 Fresh-Baked Focaccia — fragrant and golden, with a tender, airy crumb and crisp, olive-oil-kissed edges.

✨ After helping make our Emerald Isle tasting room what it is today, our amazing tasting room manager, Suzy, is heading back to the Mountain Brook Vineyards estate as their Business Operations & Compliance Manager!
