Meet John 🌲
Two years in, and John still says the best part of serving is the endless aroma coming out of our kitchen — it keeps him hungry all shift long. His go-to? The Ponderosa.
When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him lost in a Sarah J. Maas novel 📚 — and dreaming up a future bakery with his girlfriend Kelsey. (We’ll be first in line.)
What he loves most about Southfork Junction is the setting: the forest, the weather, and being tucked right into the Nez Perce–Clearwater National Forest.
