As the first award winning distillery in Erie County, we focus on locally grown ingredients that allow us to support growers in our region and keep agricultural traditions alive.

Summer wind down! A reminder of our current hours and some special closures coming up. We are finally planning some much needed R&R for ourselves to celebrate some special milestones. As such, we will be closed 8/29, 9/1, 9/4 and 9/5. We will be back after Labor Day!

We will be road warriors this week covering several summer centric events, which will adjust some of our hours. Friday 7/24 we will be opening at 5:30PM and we will be closed Saturday 7/25 to vend at our first Beer on the Bay!

Thursday 7/23 you can find us at the Oil City Farmer's Market AND the Oil City Night Market for Heritage Fest weekend!
