I’m using Nankai Gold, a rich, oak-finished kokuto shochu from Amami, Japan, to put a Japanese spin on one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.

Smooth, complex, and absolutely delicious. This may be one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve ever had.

Campari Day of Service 2026! ❤️🌊

This one was special.

For the FIRST TIME, USBG-Long Island proudly took part in the nationwide Campari Day of Service!

As a new USBG chapter, this was more than a beach cleanup for us. It was another milestone in building our hospitality community here on Long Island and showing that USBG-Long Island is officially ON THE MAP! 📍

We joined Campari, USBG chapters, hospitality professionals, friends, and volunteers across the country who came together to give back to their local communities.

Here on Long Island, we partnered with the Atlantic Marine Conservation Society to help clean up Cupsogue Beach in Westhampton and protect the coastline we all share. 🌊

A huge thank you to Campari and the USBG for making the Day of Service possible, to the Atlantic Marine Conservation Society for the incredible work they do, and especially to every one of our volunteers who showed up and gave their time to make our very first Day of Service a success.
