Behind every plate of pasta and every pizza that leaves our kitchen is a team we’re incredibly proud of.

While we spend a lot of time talking about the food, today we want to talk about the people who make it all happen.

Two of our team members have been with us since day one, and several more have been here since our very first year. Every person we’ve added since then has been chosen not just for their experience, but for what they bring to the table—whether it’s an incredible palate, creative ideas, attention to detail, or the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel at home.

We’re a small business in every sense of the word, and that means we collaborate on everything. Together, we work to create the best experience possible, and we’re grateful that you continue to trust us with your date nights, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, business dinners, and spontaneous weeknight meals.

Our doors open today at 4:30 PM, and our well-rested crew is ready to welcome you back.

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Rachel, our incredible bartender. Whether you’ve had the chance to chat with her or not, chances are you’ve enjoyed one of her creations. She’s the mastermind behind many of the cocktails you’ll find on our menu, bringing creativity and attention to every pour.

Today we’re highlighting one of our favorites because we don’t just make drinks the standard way - we do it the Bar Torino way. Come by, grab a seat, and let Rachel show you what makes our cocktails anything but ordinary.
