Envy Nightclub is a full-service entertainment venue providing to the students and residents of the greater East Lansing area. Fueled by the unique interior set-up and dance atmosphere, Envy Nightclub offers a nighttime experience unlike any other. With lounge-like furniture and an exclusive VIP section, going out for a night on the town can be one to remember (or not) for a very long time. With a
n in-house DJ and special appearances from other musicians, the greatest and most recent music hits are constantly pumping through our top of the line speaker system. Our bar set-up throughout the entire venue serves reasonably priced alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as a small selection of appetizer foods. Everyone needs a place to let-lose and fade away the stresses of the week and we believe Envy Nightclub is the place to make that happen. No matter if you come to socialize, drink or dance the night away on the large dance floor our nightclub is the one to be at. In the heart of the nightlife scene in East Lansing, Envy Nightclub will be located at 213 Ann Street (next to El Azteco, across the street from The Riv). This location is perfect for our customer base because it is within walking distance from campus and most student residential areas. Envy Nightclub is also close to our local competition in an attempt to steal their business and be a convenient way for customers to choose us. After long nights and comparisons of different types of nighttime entertainment, we felt that East Lansing was in dyer need of a nightclub that would be different than the typical bar scene around town. As a way to add variety to entertainment choices around town and improve the college nightlife culture, a nightclub seemed like the perfect fit. In order for this idea to continue, we needed to come up with a name for the perspective nightclub to really get the ball rolling on the project. As a way to solute our Nevada roots, we chose the name Envy Nightclub. This name originated with the idea that the word envy, when spoken, represented the abbreviation NV that stands for the state of Nevada. Envy Nightclub will be a brand new establishment in East Lansing and is set to open in August of 2013. In hopes to improve Michigan State’s nighttime entertainment, Envy Nightclub will be dedicated to making the late night experience as enjoyable as possible. As a new company, we want to make a positive impact on the community and hope to promote safe drinking practices as well as give back to the community through various channels. We do not want to be thought of as the typical bar but instead a place where college students can escape the stresses of the week and create memories that will last forever.
