Contemporary cocktail bar Tatarian focuses on the crafting and the proper service of fine, modern cocktails centered around the use of unique herbs, roots, and spices. Just before the turn of the century, each new land owner to buy property in the neighborhood would receive a shade tree as a gift from the city. In the years to follow, the Tatarian tree (a variety of maple tree) was the one that th

rived and grew the most successfully on the Front Range soil, despite not even being native to the state of Colorado. Tatarian pays homage to the roots of the neighborhood of Berkeley, symbolizing a thriving, growing, and connected community.
