After seven remarkable years at Lady Jane, our General Manager and Beverage Director, , will be leaving us at the end of September as he and begin their next adventure in New York City.
It is difficult to put into a single post what Stuart has contributed to Lady Jane. His creativity, leadership, and relentless commitment to hospitality have helped shape this bar into what it is today. He has built an ambitious cocktail program, developed and championed an exceptional team, guided us through some of our most challenging years, and helped Lady Jane earn recognition in Denver and far beyond.
His impact extends well beyond our walls. Stuart has been a generous mentor, educator, collaborator, and advocate within Denver’s hospitality community. He has created opportunities for bartenders, supported countless events and causes, and consistently pushed our city’s cocktail culture forward. We are incredibly proud of everything he has accomplished—and very sad to see him go.
Denver became home for Stuart and Scott, and we know how much this community, this bar, and everyone who has shared a drink with them has meant over the years. We are deeply grateful for everything they have given Lady Jane and excited to see what comes next for them in NYC.
Stuart will be with us through the end of September, so there is still plenty of time to stop in, raise a glass, and send him off properly. Mark your calendars for an EPIC going-away party on September 28. More details are coming soon.
