We knew this was going to be a hard one to write 🥺

It's impossible to capture the impact has had on Lady Jane in a single post. For the past seven years, Stuart has led us with hospitality, compassion, and an unrelenting focus on quality and standards. If you've been into the bar or tasted his drinks, they speak for themselves. If you've worked with him, you're better for it.

So many of us in Denver, employee and guest alike, have been positively impacted by Stuart's warmth and generosity. From throwing raucous anniversary parties to obsessing over the kerning on a menu, he is uniquely capable of being both big-picture and detail-oriented.

We're going to miss the staff photoshoots, the 'Gron Zone, and the costumes. But most of all, we're going to miss his steady presence in the building and the care he brings every day for us and for this little neighborhood cocktail bar. At the same time, we are so excited for him and as they embark on their next adventure in New York.

I'm not crying, you're crying 💜

Seven years of . Our Haus Mother, our resident drag queen Pigeon, and the heartbeat of Lady Jane. ❤️

As he gets ready to head to NYC with his husband, , we have a whole lot to thank him for. Scott works so damn hard, keeps this ship afloat, and still finds a way to make everyone laugh. He’s always looking out for this crew, knows when someone needs a little extra love, and brings that same warmth to everyone who walks through our doors.

And then there’s Pigeon, our dirty bird! 🪶✨ The creativity! The lewks! The absolute joy and chaos of our many extravaganzas over the years! Scott has breathed so much life into this little bar and helped make it a place where q***r folx feel safe, celebrated, and at home.

We’re going to miss the laughter, the parties, and the comfort of knowing he’s there. Scott, thank you for seven years of taking care of us and giving us so much of yourself. We love you! NYC is getting a good one. 🗽🫶

What started as a vegan riff on a classic to share with friends at Burning Man grew up, put on something dangerous, and came back sparkling.

Think Cosmopolitan transformed with lime leaf-infused Absolut Vodka, Kota Pandan, and a coconut milk clarification. She's bright and playful, but dangerous. 🍋‍🟩💃
