Not only did Zach play many gorgeous originals, he took us on a trip through Texas musical history, covering many great songwriters from the region.

Pro tip: our bartenders are pretty serious about great drinks. Tell them your favorite flavors and they’re likely to mix up something magical just for you. The other night we asked Steve to make us one of his favorite vodka drinks. We don’t know what he calls it, but we need another ASAP!

What an incredible night last night at Copacetic Cowboy. We want to thank our special guests: musician Tori Smyers and bartender Kasey Headly. The crowd that showed up to enjoy Tori’s set was filled with great folks, and Kasey’s special coffee drinks were a huge hit.
Thursday Nights are now officially LIVE MUSIC NIGHTS at Copacetic Cowboy. We are your late night solution for great live performers. Next week (August 27th) we welcome Texas Songwriter ZACH POHL.

It has already begun! Kasey Headly is behind the bar tonight, and he showed up early to try out some speciality drinks for coffee lovers. He even brought his own espresso machine. This ESPRESSO MARTINI is surprisingly light and refreshing. Kasey is here tonight until midnight.
