Trivia is moving into the Windsor Tasting Room for the summer, which means every other Monday night we’ll be gathering the brave, the brilliant, the overconfident, the deeply suspiciously good-at-random-facts, and anyone who has ever yelled an answer at a television and thought, “I should be rewarded for this.”

Starting tonight, June 1st, Bar Trivia kicks off at 7pm and continues every other Monday all summer long. Cocktails will be flowing, the 1874 Food Truck will be nearby doing delicious food truck sorcery, and prizes, glory, and bragging rights will be available to those who know just enough weird stuff to become mildly dangerous in public.

Gather your crew. Name your team something ridiculous. Come prove you contain multitudes, most of them apparently stored in the part of your brain that remembers cartoon theme songs, state capitals, and 1980s snack foods.

Today is Oyster Brunch at the Windsor Tasting Room, which means Sunday has put on its good boots and is pretending it was classy this whole time. Join us starting at 11am for oysters, craft mimosas, the 1874 Bloody Mary Bar, and live music from The Cocktail Cowboy, who will be providing the exact amount of twang required by federal brunch law.

This is your sign to stop pretending you were going to stay home and “get things done.” The oysters are chilled, the cocktails are waiting, the music is tuning up, and brunch is already standing in the doorway saying, “Well? You coming or what?”

Oyster Brunch is this Sunday, May 31st, and yes, that means the bivalves are coming. The sea’s little tuxedoed weirdos will be here, The Cocktail Cowboy will be playing live, and the 1874 Bloody Mary Bar will once again be stacked with enough garnishes to qualify as both a beverage station and a minor agricultural event.

Brunch starts at 11am, which is the civilized hour for oysters, cocktails, music, and whatever emotional decisions happen after the second mimosa. Come sip something bubbly, build a Bloody Mary with unreasonable confidence, and let Sunday do that rare thing where it actually earns its little halo.

Tonight at 6pm, That 90s Band hits the Windsor Tasting Room, and the vibes are officially all that and a bag of hand-cut fries. This is not a drill, not a screensaver, not your cousin’s weird GeoCities page. This is live music, craft cocktails, burgers, fries, and Friday night strutting into the room like it just got voted most likely to wear tiny sunglasses indoors.

Come get a cocktail. Come get something hot and glorious from the Courtyard Grill. Come hear That 90s Band play the songs your soul kept in a Lisa Frank trapper keeper under the bed. It’s Friday. Tomorrow night, That 90s Band takes the stage at 6pm, and frankly the whole thing is starting to feel like a mixtape someone made for Del Norte after drinking two craft cocktails and emotionally rewatching 10 Things I Hate About You. Which is to say: correct. Deeply correct.

The Courtyard Grill will be slinging burgers, fries, and hot crispy little miracles, the bar will be making cocktails with suspicious levels of charm, and the music will be doing that thing where your brain suddenly remembers every chorus from 1997 but not where you put your keys this morning. Whatever. Friday night is handled. You’re welcome.

This Sunday, May 31st, the Windsor Tasting Room returns to its monthly ritual of brunch decadence with Oyster Brunch, featuring live music from The Cocktail Cowboy starting at 11am. There will be oysters. There will be cocktails. There will be the 1874 Bloody Mary Bar looking like it got into a knife fight with a pickle garden and won.

Come for the oysters, stay for the music, linger because brunch is the one meal where society quietly agrees that cocktails before noon are not only acceptable, but possibly evidence of spiritual maturity. Craft mimosas, Bloody Marys, live tunes, and the kind of Sunday that makes Monday seem like a rumor invented by unpleasant people.

This Friday, May 29th, That 90s Band rolls into the Windsor Tasting Room at 6pm, presumably through some shimmering portal made of slap bracelets, Surge, and unresolved Blockbuster late fees. We’re not saying the 90s are back, but the evidence is getting extremely suspicious and is wearing JNCOs.

Craft cocktails will be doing their little glamorous thing inside, while the Courtyard Grill sends out burgers, fries, and everything nice like it just got paged by destiny. Live music, cocktails, beef, bun, fries, and a Friday night with actual texture. As if you had better plans. As. If.

No really. We’ve got live music in the courtyard, cocktails getting all handsome behind the bar, beer standing by in cold little aluminum soldiers, and that particular Del Norte evening magic where the bricks glow, the band plugs in, and suddenly your couch starts looking like a very poor life choice.

Tonight at the Windsor Tasting Room, the incomparable Soul Mountain Riders come riding in at 6 PM, which is handy, because by then Happy Hour will already be in full, glorious motion from 4-6 and you’ll have had just enough time to secure yourself a craft cocktail and begin making excellent life choices. Might I suggest the Cocktail of the Week? It would be rude not to.

And because the universe occasionally aligns its chaos in our favor, you can pair all that with a Half Priced Burger from the Courtyard Grill-widely considered the best burger in town, and by several completely unbiased authorities, possibly the universe. Live music, cocktails, burgers, fries, and the general sense that Del Norte knows exactly what it’s doing tonight.
