I gave 25,000 as a deposit
I was sup poo ose to be all turn key to open and 3 months free rent. He went down to 2 months rent , then even before 2 months was up he wanted the lease lease money. In June I wrote him a check for 3,725.00 ,to hold and if I could not afford to pay that he could take it from the security deposit. Before July payment was due ,he called and told me if I kept the utilities paid I could stay. The place was robbed and his people ran my help off, they were told by people with keys that they had to leave, not my decision. Then I was offered 18,000 for my equipment or they were going to rekey the door and said FL law said he could do that. WITH SNAKES IN THE BUILDING I feared for my life and safety, for myself and customers. MIKE TROLL being part of the gay community, owe of the building did not give me any of my deposit back. I did not sign anything for him to use any of my deposit for property taxes or insurance. Mike Tholl owes me the biggest part of the deposit back. I want all who email me to give me list of lawyers to be used. His ceiling fell in the kitchen damaging his eye and surgery had to be done and he even suffered a stroke from this accodent. Mike Troll of Ridgewood Av, Daytona has not handed his building liability over to William Runner or person suffering life long effect from the ceiling falling, His name is Junior Leon Zirkle.
