After some time, Kristopher "Miles Deape" Spruille, decided to create a page, posting anything he wanted. As popularity very rapidly, he discussed the idea of making Vag Pounders, Inc a real thing, and creating a company. Since then, the then, "V.P.I." Grew to one of the largest blogs
on the site "Tumblr.com". but it wasnt without its downfalls. Countless Content violations, booted V.P.I. off Facebook. and away for their main fan base. Things slowed down, and finally at a stand still, the owners of V.P.I. were defeated. But, Late in 2014. V.P.I. had a resurgence, Being handed the crown and title of C.E.O. Miles got to work on reaching out to the broken fan base, and focusing on developing of the company as a whole. Soon after, finding a nack for photography, started V.P.I. Studios, LLC. separating Vag Pounders, Inc for online only, to a real money making business. However, the split of V.P.I. was so drastic, and the legalities of being licensed under Vag Pounders, Inc was preventing development. So, Kristopher then changed the name V.P.I. Studios From Vag Pounders Inc Studios, to Vatic Professional Imaging studios, LLC. With agreement of John Kimmel, and Justin Stroupe, whom still legally owned the right to Vag Pounders, Inc. Gave Kristopher, full oversight over it, under the now V.P.I. Studios, LLC today. Kristopher, as its C.E.O. and Founder, Vag Pounders, Inc a sub-company under it.
