A hard update to share:

About five years ago, Chef Jamie Prouton joined The Still and quickly became an integral part of who we are today. His leadership, creativity, and dedication(along with the incredible team he built) have shaped much of our success.

Jamie has recently accepted the role of Executive Chef with UK Athletics. While we are incredibly excited for him as he embarks on this new chapter, we will deeply miss his presence here. To allow time to reflect and plan for the future of The Still, we will be pausing restaurant operations for the next couple of months.

Our distillery remains fully operational. We invite you to enjoy our tours and visit the gift shop to explore and purchase our spirits.

Over the next two weeks, we encourage you to join us in celebrating Jamie and his outstanding contributions. We’ll also be at the farmers’ market this weekend and next.

Jamie, thank you for the memories, dedication, and excellence you’ve brought to The Still. You will be missed!
